BettingJobs is working with a well established iGaming provider with multiple brands now seeking to continue expansion by onboarding an experienced Retention Operations Manager based in Dubai HQ. Fluent English and Hindi is essential.Job RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retention Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies to enhance player loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, strong analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive retention programs to increase player engagement and loyalty. Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies continuously.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze player behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Prepare regular reports on retention performance and present findings to senior management.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of retention campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and in-game promotions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service, CRM, VIP and wider marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to player retention.
- Budget Management: Support the budget management for retention operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retention or customer loyalty role within the iGaming industry. Proven track record of successful retention strategies and campaigns.
- Fluent English and Hindi language.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
