The Role
Position Title: Operations Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: High-end casual dining restaurant Job Role: . Work closely with the General Manager to ensure daily operations are efficient with correct stock levels available from the central distribution area and that customers' demands are met . Take the lead in ensuring all staff follow strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements as per industry standard . Champion a training culture within the Food and Beverage team to ensure succession planning, and a culture that exceeds the very best the industry has to offer . Review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained . Manage all internal stakeholders: both, other departments within the organization who deliver services to the Food and Beverage team; and support the Central Kitchen and admin back-office team
