Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage staff, improve processes, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across sales, inspections, and customer support
Supervise and train staff
Track KPIs and improve performance
Ensure smooth customer experience
Handle escalated customer issues
Improve workflows and SOPs
Monitor CRM usage and reporting
Requirements
3-5+ years of operations management experience
Automotive or sales/service industry background
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Knowledge of the Qatar market
Must Be located in Qatar ready to join with Noc
