Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the hotel or hospitality venue. Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality service. Manage budgets and financial plans. Supervise staff and provide training and development. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial plans. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
