We are currently seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager - ICT & ELV

to oversee daily operations, manage technical teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects within time, quality, and cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all operational aspects of ICT and ELV projects (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, network systems, etc.). Plan, organize, and supervise project execution from initiation to handover. Ensure timely completion of projects in line with company quality standards and client expectations. Manage and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency. Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation for ongoing projects. Monitor project budgets, cost control, and profitability metrics. Prepare and review project documentation, progress reports, and operational KPIs. Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the department
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

3

-5 years of experiencein operations or project management within ICT and ELV sectors. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Valid Qatar driving license (advantage).
