Operations Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular operational and financial reports
Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and motivation
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local laws
Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business growth initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, and financial management
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and people management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and operational/ERP software
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
