Role Overview

We're seeking an Operations

Manager

a proactive, organized, and ambitious individual who can

run the day-to-day operations of a creative agency

.

This is not a desk job.

It's a leadership position for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and progress.

You'll manage projects, coordinate teams, track deliverables, and ensure everything moves on time, on brand, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations:

Assign and track tasks across content, design, and web teams.

Manage production flow:

Schedule shoots, monitor deadlines, ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate departments:

Act as the bridge between creative, strategy, and clients.

Maintain systems:

Keep ClickUp, calendars, and trackers up to date.

Ensure quality & consistency:

Review deliverables before client submission.

Handle client coordination:

Confirm approvals, relay feedback, and ensure satisfaction.

Weekly reporting:

Compile dashboard summaries on performance, progress, and issues.

Team morale:

Monitor workload, pulse-check morale, and maintain flow efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

Highly organized with

strong leadership and communication skills

. A doer, not a delegator. Someone who ensures things get done. Experience in

media, digital marketing, production, or creative environments

. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Understands how to manage

multiple projects and creative teams

simultaneously. Comfortable with ClickUp, Google Workspace, and managing deadlines.

Requirements

Must have a

valid UAE driving license

and

own car

(you'll visit shoots, clients, and vendors). Based in

Dubai or Sharjah

. Available for

full-time, on-site

work. Arabic + English Languages

Compensation

Starting salary:

AED 5,000-6,000 / month

(Probational Period 6 Months) To be reassessed after Probation. Performance bonuses and growth opportunities as you scale with us.
