We are seeking a
highly experienced, hands-on Operations Manager
to lead, manage, and scalemultiple beauty salon branches in Dubai
. This role is ideal for a strong executor with deep knowledge of the UAE beauty industry and a proven track record in multi-branch operations.Key Requirements
Minimum
7 years of professional experience in Dubai
Proven experience managingmultiple beauty salon locations simultaneously
Fluent in English
(spoken and written)Arabic is a strong advantage
Establishedindustry network
with the ability to recruit and build high-performing teams (hair stylists, makeup artists, beauty therapists, nail technicians, etc.) Demonstrated ability tobuild, lead, and scale teams
Hands-on experience inlaunching and managing multiple service lines
, including: (Hair, Makeup, Nails, Skincare, and Beauty Treatments) Strong knowledge of: (Beauty salon marketing and advertising) Client acquisition and retention strategies Service and retail product sales Revenue growth and profit optimization Solid experience indaily operations, KPIs, reporting, process setup, and standardizationRole Responsibilities
Full operational oversight ofmultiple salon branches
Supervision, coaching, and performance management of branch managers and teams Driving sales growth across services and retail products Collaborating closely with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions Structuring, optimizing, and standardizing operational processes Ensuring apremium customer experience
