We are looking for results-driven and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of driving operational excellence while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.



Operations Manager works in the office of a school under the guidance and supervision of the School Principal, and he/she acts as a liaison between the students, parents and principal.

Skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Bilingual (Arabic/English). Minimum of 5 years above experience in school environment. Experience in planning, maintenance and operations. Understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment. Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding.
