Operations Manager
to lead our operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of cleaning and facilities management projects.
Manage and lead supervisors, team leaders, and staff to ensure service standards are met.
Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Plan manpower allocation, scheduling, and resource utilization.
Monitor and maintain health & safety standards at all sites.
Handle client communications, resolve issues, and ensure high service quality.
Prepare and review reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities for process and service improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in facilities management/cleaning industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance.
Ability to multitask and manage large teams across multiple sites.
