We're seeking an experienced operational manager to oversee our Organization, and warehouse operations and manage staff training. You will develop, implement and enforce policies that ensure the safety and efficiency of the warehouse, create staff schedules, discipline staff if necessary, and report to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate has a business-related bachelor's or master's degree, has worked in a management position in a busy warehouse environment.
