We are now looking for a results-driven Operations Manager with experience in the fast food industry to lead and optimize daily operations across our locations.
Job Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Flare Burger outlets, ensuring operational excellence, team productivity, quality control, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the quick service restaurant (QSR) or fast food industry, with a deep understanding of operational workflows, food safety, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor cost, food cost, and customer satisfaction.
Lead and mentor store managers, supervisors, and team members to ensure performance, engagement, and development.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
Implement and monitor inventory management systems to reduce waste and control food cost.
Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement team to ensure timely availability of products and materials.
Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
Support new store openings, rollouts, or rebranding initiatives as needed.
Develop and execute plans to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in a managerial role within the fast food industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management tools.
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in scaling operations across multiple outlets.
Familiarity with modern food delivery platforms and tech integrations.
