Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our multi-branch operations. This is a pivotal leadership role for a candidate who is passionate about the specialty coffee industry and possesses the strategic vision to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and drive growth across our locations in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator, an effective communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Unit Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Refill Reserve branches, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand standards.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies for operational excellence, sales growth, and market expansion.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and manage branch managers and staff, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory: Manage inventory levels of coffee, ingredients, and supplies across all locations, optimizing stock and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of product quality, customer service, and store presentation, ensuring every customer has a world-class experience.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in monitoring branch P&L statements, controlling operational budgets, and identifying opportunities for increased profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, or similar multi-unit leadership role.
  • Ideally, from the specialty coffee, F&B, or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple branches or locations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with a passion for growing and scaling operations.
  • Must be willing to drive frequently between Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
