Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure high service standards.
Identify and secure prime new locations using your local network.
Stay on top of key events in Abu Dhabi to position the concept in the right opportunities.
Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth and profitability.
Ensure sales targets and operational efficiency go hand-in-hand.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local authority regulations at all times.
Lead and motivate the team toward efficient and seamless operations.
Who You Are:
Experienced in operational management within F&B or retail.
Strong understanding of food safety standards and operational compliance.
Well-connected locally, with a knack for spotting both location and event opportunities.
Strategic, yet hands-on, executing plans that drive growth and sales.
