5. Sales & Revenue Management:

KEY REQUIREMENTS / CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, Cafe Supervisor or similar role in the F&B industry.
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong background in coffee, bakery, and casual dining operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and create a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations in the UAE.
