We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in operations management within the engineering consultancy industry, with a focus on transport and infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and commercial management principles.
Experience in assisting and supporting project leaders in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards including contractual, commercial, risk / opportunity and change management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Commercially minded, with experience in budget management and financial oversight.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
