About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operational performance across multiple business units within our holding structure.

This role is designed to progress into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) position based on proven performance and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination across all departments and business units.

Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, workflows, and procedures.

Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement across the group.

Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and support senior leadership in strategic planning.

Identify challenges, propose practical solutions, and ensure timely execution.

Ensure compliance with company standards, internal controls, and operational best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations management within a holding company or multi-entity environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

Experience in developing operational processes, managing cross-functional teams, and improving performance.

Strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement.
