Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Strategic Planning:

Formulating and implementing operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

Process Improvement:

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Team Management:

Hiring, training, supervising, and motivating a team of employees to achieve operational goals.

Resource Management:

Managing budgets, allocating resources, and optimizing the use of materials, equipment, and personnel.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and that processes adhere to regulations and best practices.

Supply Chain Management:

Overseeing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Conflict Resolution:

Addressing conflicts within the team and resolving issues with customers or suppliers.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
