Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of camp operations, including maintenance, logistics, and staff supervision.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
Monitor and report on operational performance, addressing issues proactively.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure a safe, healthy, and well-organized living environment for all residents.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within labor camps or similar facilities.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of labor regulations, occupational health, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
