Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain food quality standards, and manage staff performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational know-how, and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining our fun and friendly brand culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including front and back of house. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce waste. Hire, train, schedule, and manage team members to ensure top performance. Implement operational policies and procedures for maximum efficiency. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence. Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance. Collaborate with marketing and senior management on promotions and new initiatives. Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and professionally. Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role. (with minimum 7 years relative experience) Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health regulations. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in quick-service or fast-casual dining. Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine or previous work in themed restaurants is a plus. Bilingual (English/Arabic) is a plus.
