Operations Manager

to oversee day-to-day functions and ensure service excellence across all departments.

Position Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring seamless coordination between staff, optimizing client satisfaction, and implementing efficient processes that align with brand standards. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support front desk, stylists, therapists, and support staff to maintain operational flow Monitor appointment scheduling, service delivery, inventory control, and cleanliness standards Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff training in alignment with brand policies and service protocols Drive customer satisfaction by resolving client issues promptly and professionally Track daily sales, service performance, and KPIs; prepare and present performance reports to management Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations in partnership with the marketing team Oversee procurement and vendor relationships to ensure timely supply of products and consumables Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per UAE regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations or management, preferably within a salon, spa, hospitality, or retail environment Strong leadership and people management skills Proficiency in scheduling and POS systems; experience with salon software is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to high service standards Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
