The successful candidate will act as the Management's Representative, overseeing cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on commercial activities, business development, production and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for all company operations
Manage day to day operations
Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, deadlines, and monitoring performance.
Integrate new technologies and business procedures as needed.
Act as the Management's Representative and ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
Manage and oversee recruitment, resource planning, and talent development in consultation with senior leadership.
Lead the commercial, and business development functions, ensuring sustainable business growth.
Supervise daily operations and support project delivery for projects
Take charge of company-wide performance, reporting, and compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Ensure adherence to contract terms, quality standards, and timely project execution.
Identify process gaps and introduce improvements for higher efficiency and profitability.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs.
Lead by example in decision-making, team development, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience
Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to drive operational efficiency
