Inventory & Supplies: Managing stock levels, supplier relations, and quality control.

Financial Oversight: Controlling budgets, analyzing reports, and optimizing profitability.

Health & Safety: Enforcing hygiene standards, training staff on emergency procedures, and maintaining compliance.

Marketing & Promotion: Planning events, executing marketing strategies, and managing online reputation.

Technology & Innovation: Implementing POS systems, tracking KPIs, and staying updated with industry trends.

Strategic Planning: Setting business goals, expanding revenue streams, and analyzing market trends.
