Job Description

We are looking for a proactive engineer to oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities of our facilities. The role focuses on ensuring that all service providers and contractors perform their duties according to Etisalat's standards, KPIs, and safety requirements. You will monitor maintenance performance, conduct site visits, analyze reports, and support continuous improvement of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical assets

Key Responsibilities:

Review and monitor maintenance and operational data from service providers and contractors. Follow up on all maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) to ensure work is done on time and meets quality standards. Conduct regular site visits and audits; report any issues or deficiencies to the service provider. Track and close pending alarms, faults, and callouts on a daily basis. Review and evaluate monthly reports submitted by the FM service provider, prepare KPI summaries, and provide feedback to management. Maintain and update records for all facility assets (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, CCU, FCU, FAHU, VAV, etc.). Prepare management reports and analyze failures or recurring issues to find root causes. Ensure all maintenance work follows Etisalat procedures and international standards. Coordinate between different teams, assign priorities, and delegate tasks effectively. Support continuous improvement to increase reliability, efficiency, and performance of systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related field). 3-6 years of experience in operations and maintenance, facilities management, or HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices. Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills. Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports. Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with telecom or large infrastructure companies. Knowledge of FM service provider management and KPI tracking. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,600.00 per month
