Our client is seeking an Operations Lead to help them setup the new office expansion in Dubai. Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Aligning operational goals with the overall objectives of the startup.
- Managing office resources, including space, equipment, and supplies.Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Implementing best practices in cryptocurrency operations.
- Managing resources, including human capital, equipment, and facilities.
- Allocating resources effectively to support business operations.
- Leading a team of professionals involved in cryptocurrency operations.
- Providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Staying updated on regulatory changes in the cryptocurrency space.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Handling internal and external communication.
- Coordinating with different departments and teams.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker
- Basic knowledge of accounting and VAT
- Basic knowledge of labor law (local)
- Cost control
- Basic knowledge of VoIP
- Advance knowledge of MS Office package
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Experience in managing administration, IT and Sales
- Preferred experience in multiple Forex business models (eg Cold calling, live traffic, hybrid model (sales retention))
- Advanced knowledge in Forex industry
- Basic knowledge in compliance (documents, kyc, AML, MIFID if applicable)
