Operations Executive Shipping/ Logistics
Job Description
Oversee and manage all aspects of Sea Freight , Air freight and land operations, including but not limited to LCL and FCL shipments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and procedures for smooth customs clearance.
Coordinate and negotiate with shipping lines to secure competitive rates and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Utilize Dubai Trade platform and other relevant systems for efficient
documentation and tracking of shipments.
Handle and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies that may arise during the freight forwarding process.
Maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to facilitate smooth operations and explore business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize costs.
Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance
operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
