Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and manage end-to-end business setup processes, including company registration, licensing, visa applications, and government approvals. Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and related agencies to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Maintain updated knowledge of business setup regulations, compliance requirements, and process changes. Handle client documentation, contracts, and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality. Provide operational support to the sales and customer service teams to deliver excellent client experiences. Track and monitor applications, renewals, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a business setup or corporate services company. Proficiency in MS Office and business documentation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
