Monitor voyages and maintain updated data into internal system and proactively following up with all stakeholders and troubleshooting of any issues that may be required.
Check recaps/ charter parties
Track vessel itineraries, ensuring vessels meet the obligations as per charter party requirements and keeping the buyers and management informed of the progress and movement of shipment.
Ensure all trading operations are carried out appropriately, cost effectively.
Coordinate with inspection and audit agencies to ensure that inspections are properly carried out and ensure compliance with relevant shipping customs rules and regulations
Calculation of vessel demurrages
Provide assistance to chartering team.
Liaise with owners/ charterers and traders with regard to operational matters on ships & cargo
Preparation of complete and accurate documentation in compliance with standards and regulations.
Minimum 3 to 5 yrs of Experience in the same field
Salary 15 to 20 k depending on the expereince.
