Operations Executive

who can support our day-to-day operations and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Summary



We are seeking a

motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive

to manage and support end-to-end business setup operations in Oman. The role involves coordination with government authorities, documentation handling, and ensuring smooth execution of business setup and compliance processes.

This position is open to Omani nationals only (female candidates preferred).



Key Responsibilities



Handle

end-to-end business setup processes

, including company registration, license issuance, and amendments. Coordinate with

Oman government authorities

such as MOCIIP, ROP, Municipality, and Chamber of Commerce. Manage

visa processing

, labour cards, and immigration-related formalities. Prepare, review, and submit all required

documents and applications

accurately and on time. Liaise with

clients, internal teams, and government offices

to ensure smooth operations. Track application status and provide regular updates to management and clients. Ensure compliance with

Oman laws and regulatory requirements

. Maintain organized records, trackers, and documentation. Support license renewals, visa renewals, and other related services.

Requirements & Qualifications



Omani national (mandatory)

Female candidates preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience

in business setup, PRO services, or operations (preferred). Good understanding of

Oman government procedures and compliance requirements

. Communication skills in

English

(Arabic is an added advantage). Proficiency in

MS Office

and documentation handling. Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
