Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day functioning of our business operations. The ideal candidate will help streamline processes, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth execution of tasks, ultimately contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operational activities across departments. Monitor and improve internal processes and workflows. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Prepare reports, track KPIs, and maintain operational documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in inventory, logistics, procurement, or service delivery, depending on the business focus. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions. Handle administrative tasks and assist management as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2+ years of experience in an operations or coordination role. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools/systems. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
