About the Role:

Fixit Link Cargo LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the end-to-end execution of logistics activities across air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and warehousing. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational integrity while driving seamless service delivery across our logistics value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily shipment activities, ensuring timely movement across all logistics channels. Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, transport partners, and internal teams to maintain operational alignment. Prepare shipment documentation, track deliveries, and update clients proactively. Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor operational performance indicators and escalate issues proactively. Maintain structured records, ensuring data accuracy in systems and reports. Assist the operations team in optimizing workflows and improving service efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
