Choiceway Transport is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to support daily operations within our transport and logistics division. The role involves coordination, planning, and execution of operational activities to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transport and logistics operations Schedule vehicles, drivers, and routes efficiently Monitor trips, deliveries, and operational timelines Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations Support management with operational planning and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 1-3 years UAE experience

, preferably in

transport/logistics

Must speak and communicate well in English and Hindi

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools Knowledge of UAE roads, transport operations, and logistics processes is an advantage
