About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to join our growing Shipping & Logistics company. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in shipping, strong industry connections across

land, air, and sea services

, and a clear understanding of the full end-to-end shipping process. This role requires someone who can ensure smooth daily operations, manage shipments efficiently, and support clients with reliable, timely service.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily shipping operations (air, sea, and land). Arrange bookings, prepare shipping instructions, and manage all documentation (B/L, D/O, invoices, packing lists, etc.). Communicate and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, freight forwarders, and clients. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Handle customs processes and liaise with clearance agents. Resolve any operational issues and provide accurate, timely updates to clients. Maintain proper records and update internal systems. Assist the operations team with planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Proven UAE experience in a Shipping & Logistics company

(e.g., Maersk, CMA CGM, MSC, etc.), specifically in international shipping.

Strong, established connections in air, sea, and land freight services

(shipping lines, airlines, transporters).

Full understanding of end-to-end shipping procedures

including booking, documentation, customs, and delivery. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Availability:

Preferably able to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
