Job Description

RadiantBiz is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting clients with business setup processes, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. This role requires strong organisational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the business setup process, providing guidance and updates on legal requirements, registration, and documentation.

- Business Setup Processes: Manage the end-to-end business setup services, including company formation in mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions within the UAE.

- Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of all necessary documentation to relevant government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Free Zone Authorities, etc.).

- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all client businesses are compliant with UAE laws, regulations, and timelines for renewals, license updates, and visa processing.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with governmental bodies, free zone authorities, and external service providers to facilitate smooth operations.

- Operational Efficiency: Assist in optimizing internal processes for efficiency in service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the setup process and provide timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.

- Reporting: Generate regular reports on the status of ongoing projects and highlight any areas requiring attention to the senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in operations, client management, or a similar role within a business setup or corporate services firm in the UAE.

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE business regulations, free zone policies, and visa procedures.

Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive documents and information with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Problem-solving mindset: with the ability to work under pressure.
