OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a young, driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics operations with strong knowledge of CPIP, FIRS, MOFA and documentation handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day import and export operations by air, sea and land.

Prepare, verify and process all required shipping and customs documents including CPIP, FIRS, MOFA, Certificate of Origin and commercial invoices.

Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines and customs authorities to ensure smooth cargo movement.

Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

Handle freight quotations, bookings and routing instructions.

Maintain proper filing of operational records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding billing, cost sheets and shipment updates.

Ensure all operations comply with UAE customs and trade regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations (import/export).

Strong working knowledge of CPIP, FIRS and MOFA attestation.

Excellent understanding of customs clearance processes and logistics coordination.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and freight management systems.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Prior experience in a freight forwarding or logistics company is essential.

Knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation portals.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
