Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to oversee the daily operations of our outdoor advertising company. The ideal candidate should possess strong learning skills, adapt quickly to new tasks, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities in English. Proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations related to outdoor advertising campaigns. Apply for artwork approvals and liaise with relevant authorities. Coordinate and oversee the installation of advertising campaigns. Communicate effectively with various government bodies such as Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Mada Media and others. Ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits. Resolve any work-related issues on-site promptly. Be flexible and available to work on weekends when urgent client needs arise.

Key Requirements:

Strong learning skills with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly. Proficiency in English; Hindi/Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Prior experience in the advertising sector. Familiarity with government regulations and experience dealing with government entities. Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to operations. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate urgent client requests. Must have a UAE Driving License with minimum 2 years of driving experience.
