Position Overview
As an
Operations Executive
, you will be at the heart of our operations--overseeing order processing, logistics, and office administration. You'll ensure that day-to-day activities run seamlessly, provide vital support to senior management, and help deliver an excellent experience to our customers. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administration
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
Organize meetings, appointments, and internal events.
Maintain office supplies and oversee office upkeep to ensure a productive workspace.
Provide general administrative support to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Logistics & Order Management
Manage online and offline order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate product shipments with logistics partners and couriers.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Customer Service & Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
Assist with handling customer feedback and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Support the e-commerce team in managing online orders and after-sales service.
Data & Reporting
Maintain organized digital and physical records of office and operational activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience in office administration, operations, or logistics (UAE experience preferred) (mandatory)
Core Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools/software.
Knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of Ecommerce, Shopify and Amazon is an advatnage.
