Role Summary
This leadership role plays a key part in optimizing internal workflows, elevating team performance, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
Assign tasks and ensure timely completion aligned with business priorities.
Evaluate team productivity and implement motivational strategies to boost performance.
Address operational roadblocks and partner with senior management to develop effective solutions.
Maintain organizational compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
Guide, train, and mentor team members to support skill development and engagement.
Generate reports on operational metrics and present insights to leadership.
Collaborate with other functional teams to maintain workflow alignment.
Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement and cost optimization.
What We're Looking For
Strong background in operations or team supervision, ideally within a consulting or multi-service business.
Familiarity with business functions across accounting, HR, and software/IT services.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Arabic.
