Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time role with the flexibility of remote work and adjustable working hours. The successful candidate will handle the day-to-day coordination of travel operations, manage service delivery, streamline internal processes, and ensure smooth, client-focused execution across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily travel operations, bookings, and client interactions Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely service delivery Handle inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently Monitor workflows and suggest improvements to enhance service quality Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication Prepare reports and assist in operational planning

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in operations management, ideally in a travel/tourism context Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields is preferred

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the travel industry is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
