Operations Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Mobilization & Deployment
o Manage end-to-end workforce mobilization and deployment processes.
o Coordinate with clients for deployment schedules, site requirements, and compliance.
2. Site and Camp Management
o Conduct regular visits to work sites and camps to monitor operations and employee welfare.
3. Operations & Reporting
o Prepare daily/weekly reports on workforce attendance, deployment, and site issues.
o Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and escalate when required.
4. Client & Worker Coordination
o Act as a liaison between management, clients, and workers.
5. Travel and On-Site Supervision
o Travel between job sites and camps as required.
Requirements:
Experience in operations, camp/site management
Mobilization & deployment experience is a must
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills & willing to travel sites.
