About Us:

The Laundry Basket is one of Dubai's leading laundry and dry-cleaning service providers, known for our commitment to quality, timely service, and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our operations team and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our logistics coordination and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Monitor logistics operations to ensure efficient route planning and resource optimization. Follow up with customers regarding order updates, delivery timings, and service feedback. Handle incoming customer queries and resolve any operational concerns promptly. Update internal systems with order statuses, delivery notes, and customer communications. Assist in maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) for delivery and customer responsiveness. Work closely with the plant, outlets, delivery drivers and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations. Generate basic operational reports for management review.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service (preferably in the service industry). Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal). Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Comfortable using basic CRM, scheduling, or operations management tools. Fluent in English (additional languages like Hindi or Arabic are a plus). A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
