The Reservation Assistant supports the reservations team by handling booking requests, maintaining accurate records, and assisting customers to ensure a smooth and professional reservation process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in receiving and processing reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
Enter and update booking details accurately in the reservation system
Provide customers with basic information on services, vehicle options, and pricing
Coordinate with operations to confirm availability of vehicles and chauffeurs
Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests
Prepare daily reservation schedules and assist with dispatch coordination
Maintain organized customer and reservation records
Support customer service activities and respond to inquiries professionally
Assist in resolving minor customer issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Experience in customer service or reservations preferred (entry-level candidates may apply)
MS office computer skills ,Mails and familiarity with booking systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
