Operations Executive
Job Description
Support end-to-end escrow and operations activities--ensuring accurate documentation, smooth client onboarding and agreement setup, and timely reconciliations--while coordinating closely with Compliance and IT.
Support day-to-day escrow and operations tasks.
Validate contracts, payment-release conditions, and platform documents (buyer/seller details, fees/VAT).
Guide new clients to create agreements on the digital platform.
Coordinate with agents, customers, and stakeholders on Manager's Cheque/payment steps and client updates.
Maintain trackers, SOP checklists, and audit-ready records.
Perform daily reconciliations; update documents and track requirements/changes.
Propose process and platform improvements.
Liaise with Compliance/IT to resolve platform or data issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
