to join our growing team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Oversee dispatch, routing, and tracking of parcels. Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams. Monitor KPIs and suggest process improvements for efficiency. Resolve operational issues swiftly to maintain service quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations (minimum 3-5 years). Strong understanding of last-mile delivery processes. Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Good communication and leadership abilities.
