The Operations & Events Supervisor oversees events, daily hospitality operations, and administrative tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. They manage logistics, staffing, and service quality while ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. This role also includes handling administrative duties like record-keeping and reporting. By training and supervising staff, they maintain high service standards and efficiency. Their main goal is to deliver well-organized events and smooth hospitality operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. First Aid & Fire Safety Training - beneficial for handling emergencies and ensuring guest and staff safety. Event Management Certification Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality operations, event planning, or a similar supervisory role. Experience in managing and training staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards. Proven ability to oversee event logistics, including setup, scheduling, and execution. Familiarity with record-keeping, reporting, budgeting, and operational documentation. Strong background in handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Experience in streamlining processes, managing resources, and ensuring cost control. Valid UAE driver's license

Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors to enhance coordination and service delivery. Multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Handle administrative duties, including report writing, scheduling, and operational documentation. Proficiently use MS Office and hospitality management software for data management and reporting. Perform ad-hoc duties as required based on operational needs.
