We are looking for an Operations Engineer for our new Facilities Division
Job Role
Schedule and manage daily operations
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility issues.
Ensure delivery of equipments and consumables to the team
Keep track on stock and coordinate with procurement for re order
Maintain accurate records and provide daily operational updates to the Manager.
Address and resolve client queries and requests professionally.
Coordinate with drivers and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare technical Scope of Work
Prepare after sales report
Ensure team reaches the site on time and work is been carried out in stipulated time
Additional Requirements:
Driving License
Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude
Experienced in scheduling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
