Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Operations Engineer
to join our growing team. This role involves managing and overseeing on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, preparing technical documentation, and supporting project execution from planning to completion.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular
site visits
to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Prepare and reviewrisk assessments
andmethod statements (RAMS)
Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth operations Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards Provide technical support and problem-solving on-site Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Maintain project documentation and progress reportsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Proven experience in operations or site engineering Strong understanding of safety procedures and construction methods Proficient in preparing and reviewing method statements and risk assessments Excellent communication and organizational skills UAE driving license is a plus
