REQUIREMENTS
Minimum
10 years' experience
in fiberglass, waterproofing, or contracting operations.
Strong
multi-site management
experience (15-20 concurrent projects).
Technical understanding of
GRP lamination, resin systems, and lining works
.
Excellent
client communication
and on-site decision-making skills.
Field-driven mindset
- must be on-site 80% of the time.
Valid
UAE driving license
.
Fluent in
English
(Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam a plus).
