Job Description
:Position Overview:As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of this newly launched AIGC product. You will play a critical role in ensuring the products success by managing its day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and leading a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational strategy and execution for AI Vista, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and scale the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize productivity and ensure the highest quality of service.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user growth teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated optimally to support business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management of internet business, preferably AI related industry.
- Proven track record of leading operations and teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and leading a diverse team.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in artificial intelligence and generative content is highly desirable.
