We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support and oversee construction projects to assist in managing and executing projects across various departments. The Project Coordinator will support project planning, track progress, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery. This role is crucial in helping maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Assist Project Managers in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document action items.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, and coordinate with finance for budget tracking.
Identify potential project risks and work with the team to mitigate them effectively.
Support effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including contracts, reports, and schedules.
Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure project tasks are appropriately staffed.
Provide administrative support as needed to streamline project operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite. Especially in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with basic budgeting and financial tracking principles.
A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
Experience in construction projects is preferred.
Language proficiency - English & Hindi or Urdu
Arabic Preferred
